To help maintain a clean, safe, and relaxing environment for our clients and staff, our spa follows current guidelines from the CDC and local health authorities. Our policies may be updated as recommendations evolve.
Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfection
-
Treatment rooms and high-touch surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before and after each client.
-
We use professional-grade disinfectants, including spot sprayers and UV sanitation equipment, where appropriate, to maintain a hygienic environment.
-
All linens, towels, and reusable items are properly sanitized after each use.
Air Quality & Ventilation
-
Our facility maintains proper ventilation and air circulation to help reduce airborne contaminants.
-
Air purification systems may be used in treatment and common areas when available.
Staff & Client Health Practices
-
Staff members are trained in hygiene and infection-prevention protocols.
-
Hand sanitation is encouraged upon entry and throughout the visit.
-
Clients and staff are welcome to wear masks based on personal comfort or health needs. Mask use may be required if local health conditions change.
Illness & Rescheduling Policy
-
If you are feeling unwell, experiencing flu-like symptoms, or have been exposed to a contagious illness (including COVID-19), we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment.
-
Clients who test positive for COVID-19 or another contagious illness should wait until symptoms have resolved and recommended isolation guidelines are met before returning.
-
Our staff follows the same illness and return-to-work guidelines.
Social Consideration & Personal Space
-
We encourage respectful spacing in reception and common areas when possible.
-
Appointment scheduling is managed to avoid overcrowding and allow sufficient time for cleaning between clients.
Commitment to Safety
Your health, comfort, and peace of mind are our top priorities. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we continue to provide a safe and relaxing spa experience.
